Welcome to Flour With Love, where every bake is made with care and every bite is made with love. 

Flour With Love was born during a time of healing and reflection. 

During a period of significant recovery that required me to slow down, my family stepped in to help care for our home and kids. During this time, something kept coming up in conversation: the bread we were eating.

Why is it that everyday bread leaves us feeling sluggish or bloated? And why was it that when we traveled to Europe, we could enjoy bread freely and feel perfectly fine afterward?

This curiosity led me to research ingredients, flour and how modern bread is made. I discovered that many conventional flours and breads contain unnecessary additives and highly processed components that our bodies weren’t meant to handle. Even something as simple as flour had strayed far from its natural roots. Eventually, I found an organic flour grown in nutrient rich soil that was pure, simple and naturally rich in vitamins. This changed everything. I realized I could create my very own daily breads using premium ingredients I trust and felt good feeding my family. 

Baking became a way to nourish without guilt and reconnect with food the way it was meant to be enjoyed. 

That’s when Flour With Love was born.

In our family, we believe food tastes better when it’s made with love. I wanted to share that same care and intention through thoughtfully crafted breads and yummy baked goods, made with purpose and without shortcuts.
